What connecting does
Once connected, Dax watches your inbox for real insurance email and turns each message into an assigned task, files matching attachments to the right customer, and sends your agency’s birthday, anniversary, and renewal emails from your address. Every agent connects their own mailbox — there is no shared account.
Connect it
Open Settings → Integrations
Click Connect and authorize
Connect Outlook or Connect Gmail, sign in with your work email, and approve the permissions. Dax requests read access (to turn email into tasks) and send access (to send your automated emails from your mailbox) — nothing else.Pick what becomes a task

What you need
Nothing but your own mailbox. Dax handles the OAuth connection; you never paste an API key. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts are both supported, and your credentials are stored encrypted and never shared across agencies.
