Move your book in
Drop in everything your old system exports. Dax stages it, shows you a report with exact counts and every exception, and commits only when you say so — with a 30-day undo.
How it works
You don’t re-key anything. Export from your current system, drop the files into Dax, and it classifies and stages every row — customers, policies, drivers, vehicles, notes, pipeline. Nothing touches your live book until you review a migration report and approve it.
Do the move
1
Export from your old system
Pull the standard exports from your current AMS — customers, policies, and any notes or pipeline it lets you download. CSV or the system’s native export format is fine.
2
Drop the files into Import
Open Import and upload everything at once. Dax detects what each file is and maps the columns for you.
3
Review the staged report
Before anything commits, you get a report: rows found vs. rows filed, automatic links (e.g. policies to customers), and every exception listed for one-click resolution.
4
Commit — and undo if needed
Approve when it looks right. Notes keep their original dates on the timeline, and a single click rolls the entire migration back for
30 days if you change your mind.Download reconciles the rest
Once your book is in and carrier download is connected, the two reconcile against each other — so the data you migrated stays current automatically as carriers push updates.
